Covid-19 has changed our work patterns dramatically, with many still working from home. However, the hybrid workspace from Workshop17 offer the best of the corporate world with the convenience of working near to home.

There’s cleaning, security, reception, HVAC and ICT infrastructure to pay for – the total bill is often four times the base rent. In times of hybrid working, this makes no financial sense. Why have an office for the full staff contingent when only half will be in on any day? Flexibility is key. And focus. Let others manage the workspace, so you can focus on the essence of your work.
