Ditholo a portion of the original farm Klippoortje, is one of the top Limpopo private reserves. 1000 hectares in size the estate is situated in Limpopo Province, South Africa. Just 220km from Johannesburg, 90 minutes from Pretoria, this safari estate is nestled in a private and beautiful location.
Back in 2001 the Ditholo farm of 500 hectares, was purchased by a passionate couple and their family, who had a dream of preserving the wild to share with others. The existing lodgings were improved, refurbished, the wildlife integrated and staff carefully trained and nurtured to capture the essence of hospitality in the wild. The neighboring 500ha farm was later purchased and included into the estate resulting in a total estate area of 1000ha, which we see and enjoy today
