These prime beachfront homes appeal to buyers who are successful, on the move and don’t want to be hindered by maintenance. “I’d say they are people in their late 30s or 40s who often don’t have children. They want to feel secure enough to simply lock up and go,” Carol Crafford: Solomons Crafford Properties, says.
