Skilled yogi Sandy, offers a variety of yoga classes all over Durban. His classes are varied but his teaching style remains constant – slow, calm and patient, tending to every individual’s needs. So whether you’re based in Glenwood, Morningside or perhaps prefer to find your Zen on the beachfront – head to Facebook to view Sandy’s timetable and find a class that suits you!
Yoga in the City
Head to 8 Morrison in Riverside for a food, music and yoga event in the city. Run weekly, Yoga in the City is a dynamic urban consciousness collective that offers light vinyasa yoga classes to students of all levels and ages. Entrance fee? There is none – just bring your yoga mat and a smile. Plus, there’s yummy healthy vegan food on sale for those after-class belly rumbles. Yoga in the City runs every Wednesday evening from 6pm to 8pm, but be sure to like their Facebook page for event updates and news.
