Naked Bones:

Flame-grilled chicken and laid-back vibes is the name of the game and at Naked Bones, they pride themselves on simple, delicious hormone-free and free-range fare. Seen at major festivals and also available for functions, this truck serves up utterly delicious strips, rotis, wraps, slaws and of course wings, quarter chickens, half chickens and the full monty.

Winging it:

What’s not to like? Curly fries and succulent flame-grilled buffalo wings served in one of four flavours – mellow mango, citrus blazer, bone sucking BBQ (“not your average BBQ sauce, boet”) and bent-over-buffalo.

Oh, and did we mention the caveat with the latter? “Proceed with caution, this traditional hot pepper sauce might have you crying on your mom’s patio.” This hip and happening truck is just the ticket for hungry mouths at markets and festivals!
